With the new federal government and the entry of Admiral Bento Costa Lima Leite Albuquerque Júnior as holder of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the country's Nuclear Sector recovered expectations, recognition and the necessary dynamics to fulfill its real duties.

The year 2019 was marked by hard work and great projection of NUCLEP, INB, Eletronuclear, Amazul and CTMSP. These companies worked together to achieve the Navy Nuclear Program and the energy goals of the country. 

New Ministry of Mines and Energy strengthens the National Nuclear Sector. 

The year 2020 already begins with great results for the mines and energy sector. NUCLEP diversifies its activities to achieve its independence from the Union without losing focus on the purpose of its creation. To achieve this goal the company is Involved in the manufacture and maintenance of nuclear equipment at the Angra power plants; in the construction of the reactor for the first Nuclear Propulsion Submarine for the Brazilian Navy; and with great expectation of taking over the Brazilian Multi-Purpose Reactor. With a unique, differentiated and qualified workforce, NUCLEP goes hand in hand with the Government in favor of making nuclear energy, one of the main sources of our energy matrix.
