Certifications Quality Management System
The implementation of management systems was defined as a strategic option by NUCLEP Leadership, with the purpose of improving the company's management, focusing on the quality of services and products, as well as on the preservation of the environment. Thereby, ensuring customer satisfaction and commitment of all employees with company goals and interested parts.
The NUCLEP Quality System meets the ASME international standard, and national standard and code requirements through the following certifications:
Certification ASME III
Manufacture of nuclear components (NPT stamp) Manufacture of supports for nuclear application (NS stamp) Assembly of equipment for nuclear applications (NA stamp).
Certification ASME VIII
Manufacture of conventional pressure vessels (U stamp) Manufacture of conventional pressure vessels, with different rules (U2 stamp)
Certification National Board
Stamping a “National Board Number” on boilers and pressure vessels inspected by a National Board Authorized Inspector (NB stamp). Perform repairs and / or changes to boilers, pressure vessels and other pressure retention items.
Certification ISO 9001:2015
Establishes that the NUCLEP Quality Management System is accordingly to the requirements established in ISO 9001: 2015
Certification CNEN-NN-1.16
Enables the company to provide equipment and services to Eletronuclear, INB and CTMSP, according to the specific list issued by IBQN.
Environmental Management System, according to ABNT NBR ISO 14001: 2015
The implementation and certification project for an Environmental Management System was initiated in 2017, in accordance with the requirements of this standard. Currently, the implementation of this system is in the process of political practices development along with environmentally sustainable goals.
In the future, an occupational health and safety management system will also be implemented, aiming at best practices, according to the requirements of ISO 45001.
